Before the program:  I used to think that all those magazine people were actually natural because they made it look so real.  I did use to compare myself to them.  I thought that men should look exactly like that too.

After the program:  Now I know that all those people in the magazines are not completely real.  Nobody looks like that and never will. I also now that everyone has some kind of fault including men.  ~Anonymous
